Standard Returns Policy

You can return most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.

In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:

            -  Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.
            -  Custom orders.
            -  Items purchased on sale.

          Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less

          • the original shipping fee (if any)
          • 15% restocking fee

          The above charges do not apply to exchanges.

          For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.

          For all International Orders - VAT, Import, Excise and other Duty fees ARE NOT INCLUDED in the purchase price. Please check with your Post Office first for applicable Duty and Excise Taxes before placing an order. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on International purchases that were returned or refused due to Unpaid Customs or VAT Fees.

          Damaged products?

          If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please notify us in writing or by calling  customer service within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
