Shipping & Delivery

Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail for all domestic parcels.  All International destinations are shipped USPS Global Priority Mail or International Express.   Prices are determined by the USPS based upon weight and distance.  Average Priority Mail rates range from $4.95 to $12.00. If you prefer next day Express Service, rates normally start at $19.50.

Shipping Time:  Orders placed on our site usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock.  In the event an item is not in stock,  we will contact you with an estimated date of delivery. 

All orders within the United States should arrive within 2 to 3 days from date of ship.   USPS Priority Mail includes automatic Delivery Confirmation. 

International orders should arrive within 8 business days using USPS Global Priority Mail.  Tracking is not offered with this service.  Please contact us for International Express with tracking.  Services start at $19.00 USD.

Insurance is included in the fees listed above for all orders.

How to deal with fraudulent charges?

Under the terms of the United States Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Returns & Replacements

Your complete 100% satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, if you feel it necessary to request a return, we would be more than happy to replace your item with another item or refund your payment in full. You can return most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.

In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:

 - Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.
 - Custom orders.
 - Items purchased on sale. 

Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee (if any).

For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Handmade Copper Jewelry by John S. Brana uses PayPal as our payment processor.  PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck. For questions regarding PayPal, please click on the following link: https://www.paypal.com.

In addition to PayPal, we also accept personal checks and money orders.  However, we will not ship your order until after the check clears...usually 10 business days.  Please contact us first before placing an order if paying by check or money order at Customer Service.

We do not accept cash or COD’s.

Viewing Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with a notification including your tracking number.

You can also contact us via email or call our Customer Service Department at 415-664-9737 so that we can keep you up to date on your order.
